Provides and documents occupational health services while offering guidance to other health professionals in delivering care across routine, non-routine, and complex cases, in alignment with professional standards and site requirements. Develops and implements local policies and procedures in collaboration with occupational health teams, and determines as well as communicates Fitness for Work status, including managing injury and illness cases, coordinating travel health preparation, and conducting occupational evaluations, with potential regional or global support responsibilities. Performs and analyzes health screening data to identify workplace exposures, ensuring compliance with global Medical and Occupational Health (MOH) standards and local regulations, and provides informed recommendations to management based on findings. Delivers training to internal staff and external medical providers to ensure consistent, guideline-compliant service delivery, coordinates Alcohol and Drug Use testing programs, and actively contributes to MOH and Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) initiatives, occasionally taking on regional leadership roles. Additionally, manages clinic resources efficiently to support high-quality, compliant care delivery.
