Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer treatments, medications, and emergency interventions as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
Educate patients and families on post-treatment care
Adapt quickly to new clinical settings and workflows

Requirements

Active RN license (Newfoundland preferred) or eligibility for licensure
Specialty-specific certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CTAS, FHS/NRP, Peri-operative)
3-5 years of recent hospital experience in your specialty
Clean criminal record check (within 180 days)
Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Willingness to travel for 6-12 week contracts
