Reporting to the Project Quality Lead, the Project Quality Coordinator (P&M) is responsible for the review, organization and submission of project quality documentation as required by the Quality Assurance Integrity Management System (QAIMS) and Project Quality Plan.
Contract Duration: March 9 2026 to June 2027
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hour work week
Responsibilities
· Conduct Quality Surveillance at contractor and subcontractors’ facilities as required
· Create and track Quality Performance Indicators (QPI’s) to completion throughout different Project stages.
· Monitor and report on contractor quality requirements and review contractor evaluations for performance and compliance.
· Perform oversight of 3rd party completions of preservation activities which will take place on equipment prior to mobilization Offshore.
· Review Project procedures and work instructions for implementation of requirements, follow up and execution of preservation activities.
· Responsible for preservation with respect to quality and delivery according to approved Project Plans and Requirements.
Deliverables
· Generate and Maintain Equipment tracking databases
· Produce reports for surveillance, audits and inspections
· Generate, monitor and close out Nonconformance reports and punch list
· Assist with Developing project processes and procedures as required
Qualifications:
· Post secondary education in Engineering Technology or related fields.
· 5+ years’ experience working on Projects in the Oil and Gas Industry with preservation experience.
· CSA W178.2 Level 2 Inspector Certificate
Competency:
· Experience in reviewing fabrication/technical documentation
- Manufacturing record books
- Material Test Reports/ Material Traceability
- Equipment Test Reports
· Proficiency with Bluebeam, Power BI, SAP software and MS suite of products
