We’re seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to support health, safety, and environmental initiatives across offshore and onshore operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving strong safety performance.
Location: St. John’s, NL + offshore travel required
Contract: May 2026 – July 2027
• Maintain and update EH&S processes and management system documentation
• Support contract preparation and evaluation from a safety perspective
• Manage event reporting processes, including KPIs and safety statistics• Lead or support incident and accident investigations
• Coordinate corrective actions and incident management systems• Conduct inspections and audits across offshore installations and vessels
• Lead or participate in contractor and operator safety meetings
• Travel offshore as required to support audits, investigations, and coverage
• Experience in EH&S within offshore or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven experience with incident investigations and audits
• Ability to manage reporting systems, KPIs, and safety documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
