Coiled Tubing Specialist (Subsea)

• Plan, execute, and review Coiled Tubing operations as part of widerCompletion, Workover, Abandonment & Well intervention scope
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams, vendors, and contractors
• Develop SOPs, DOPs, and operational procedures
• Lead risk assessments, MOCs, and lessons learned processes
• Monitor contractor performance and support QA/QC activities
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to HSE standards
• Prepare reports, lead project meetings, and track operational progress
• Supportsafe and efficient offshore execution, including rig intake activities

• 20+ years of relevant offshore oil& gas experience preferably at least 5 years in a supervisory position witha major Coiled Tubing services provider  
• Demonstrated ability to competentlyand safely perform the duties of a Coiled Tubing Specialist  
• Strong background in SubseaCompletions, and Well Intervention Operations  
• Previous MODU supervisory experience(essential)  
• Proven leadership, planning, andproblem-solving skills  
• Experience in harsh environments andoffshore operations  
• Strong understanding of regulatoryrequirements (e.g., C-NLOPB, NORSOK)  
• Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills This role is critical to ensuring safe,efficient, and compliant well operations while driving continuous improvementacross all phases of execution.
